”The question isn’t who is going to let me, it’s who is going to stop me.” First objective when pursing fitness and strength is to train smart and not get hurt! Pete Bellisano: Personal Trainer, Strength & Fitness Coach, Kettlebell Enthusiast (since the age of 14), Extensive experience since 1995 and worked with a broad range of fitness levels and capabilities. His philosophy has been based on the premise that our bodies and mind respond to constantly changing environments and workouts while our experiences.
Joe and Pete opened up their first gym in 2005 with the desire to build a gym where people of all fitness levels could come together, enhance their lives, push their physical limits, become friends, and have fun while working out. Soon the brothers took a tired run of the mill "health club" and turned into a community of fitness enthusiasts who embraced their unique approach and vision.

From 2006 to 2010 times changed, the economy changed, but our will and determination never stopped. Our community grew and sparked us to pursue our dream location. In October of 2010 we moved into our 4,000 square foot garage bay headquarters. Our community now has grown from 1 class of 4 people to multiple classes of 15-20.  We firmly believed that our approach to fitness would appeal to people of all fitness levels.

"The agōgē (Greek: ἀγωγή in Attic Greek, or ἀγωγά, agōgá in Doric Greek) was the rigorous education and training regimen mandated for all male Spartan citizens, except for the firstborn son in the ruling houses, Eurypontid and Agiad. The training involved learning stealth, cultivating loyalty to one's group, military training (e.g., pain tolerance), hunting, dancing, singing, and social preparation.[1]The word "agoge" had many meanings in ancient Greek, among them seizure or abduction, but in this context generally meant leading, guidance or training." A class designed to make our bodies function and demand the responses that are more primitive in nature. This does not revolve around "weight lifting" -but more of how to control and maneuver your body through space.
